While COVID and after I was working for FIVE Fitness, first on the front desk and then later improved the Marketing, created a new Webpage, got more members in the door. Improved the Studio & looks. This required operational and digital improvements in the studio

I know that Fitness has to change and adapt for new Clientele’s, utilizing the learnings from working in my first gym supports further growth in TRIO.
While my time at Columbia University and my background in Organizational Psychology provide the strategic framework for scaling and optimizing a business, my experience at Five Fitness is where that strategy met reality. An Ivy League education teaches you how to analyze a balance sheet, but navigating a fitness studio through a global pandemic teaches you the heart and the hustle required to keep a community alive. I don’t just see a fitness business as a set of data points; I see it as a living ecosystem that requires both a sophisticated digital strategy and the operational grit to be on the floor, solving problems in real-time.
